By using or purchasing a Vintageous gift certificate you are agreeing to the following:

Gift certificates are not refundable.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates can not be used to purchase gift certificates and are not transferable.
In the event of a return, purchases made by gift certificate may only be returned for a credit back to your certificate or immediately exchanged for merchandise.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
All applicable taxes (Virginia residents) and shipping fees will still apply to purchases of gift certificates and purchases made using gift certificates.

To redeem your Vintageous Gift Certificate:

Browse the site, select the item(s) that you would like to purchase and add it/them to your shopping cart.

If the item costs the amount of your certificate or less than the amount of your certificate (please note that shipping charges will be added when you add the item to your cart), please select the pay by check or money order option when checking out.

Enter your unique gift certificate number as the check number and write Vintageous Gift Certificate in the special instructions box. We will deduct the amount from your certificate and send your gift right away.

If the item costs more than the amount of your certificate and you would like to pay the difference by check or money order (please note that shipping charges will be added when you add the item to your cart), please select the pay by check or money order option when checking out.
Enter your unique gift certificate number as the check number and write "Vintageous Gift Certificate, will pay balance by check or money order" in the special instructions box. We will email you an invoice for the balance and will ship your gift when we receive your check or money order.

If the item costs more than the amount of your certificate and you would like to pay the difference using your Visa or Mastercard (please note that shipping charges will be added when you add the item to your cart), please select the pay by credit card option when checking out.
Proceed as if you are paying by credit card, but in the special instructions section of the order from please write "Vintageous Gift Certificate" and your unique certificate number. We will deduct the amount of the certificate from your order, charging your card ONLY for the remaining balance and send your gift right away.
