Dress has a super full pleated skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Matching self belt. Side metal zipper. Small shoulder pads. Label reads, "Debby of California." This dress is sheer and will require a slip. This dress has never been worn and still has all of it's original hang tags intact, including a Bloomingdales price tag for $22.95.
