Fitted bodice with high, square neckline. Dress has a full pleated skirt. Above and below the turquoise stripes the dress is sheer so it will require a slip underneath. Label reads, "Junior Elegance." String belt loops but no belt. In good condition. There are three very, very faint pin spots on the large turquoise stripe below the neckline.
