Fitted cuffed bodice can be worn three ways... with tie straps as shown, with straps but no ties (ties are not stitched on, just tied), or strapless (straps button off). Dress has a full skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Side metal zipper. Boned at sides. String belt loops but no belt. Label reads, "Minx Modes."
