Wonderful Black & Printed Cotton 1950's Sun Dress w/ Stole Item vc2949 ... Price: $90 A fantastic 1950's sun dress! Black cotton fitted bodice with spaghetti straps. Dress has a semi-full pleated skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Rear metal zipper (zipper is fully functional, dress was simply too small for the form). Matching pom-pom trimmed stole is backed in black cotton. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 31" bust, 22" waist, free hips. Approximately 38 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good, wearable condition. Looks like the dress has some water damage. Faint water outlines are visible in the areas below the waist to about hip level (see blue arrows). Also, there is some color transfer and darker water marking in the area near the zipper below the waist (see photo). A faint orangey drip on the end of the stole. Bit of iron shine on the bodice. 1/2" of stitching is visible at the waist (an original manufacturer's flaw I assume).
