Semi full skirt with attached sash that ties at the back to create a strapless dress. Can also be turned around and worn as a halter (to be worn as a halter it has to be turned around because of the sash length and direction)or tied and worn simply as a skirt with a bow. Side metal zipper. Looks home made. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) free bust, 29" waist, free hips. Approximately 29" from waist to hem (if worn strapless, the bodice height is 10 3/4" from top edge to waist... a bit short waisted). Condition: In good condition.
