Item vc3098 ... Price: $140 SOLD This dress screams, "the war is over, I have fabric and I'm gonna use it!" The print, the shape of the bodice, etc... are all very typical mid-40's but the excessive volume of fabric gathered into the almost ankle length skirt is definitely one of those gleeful late 40's, very early 50's overuses of fabric. Black cotton eyelet trim. Tie belt. Matching bolero. Label reads, "Jackie Hill Juniors." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 35" bust, 29" waist, free hips. Approximately 50 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. Orange drip in the gathers on the lower third of the skirt. A brown pea spot just under the eyelet trim on the middle third of the skirt near the left side. Two small orange spots on the left side of the bodice near the side seam.
