Edward Abbott Cream Metallic Lace & Crepe Bomshell Gown w/ Pink Satin

Product Description

A stunning, early 1960's evening gown designed by Wilson Folmar.  Fitted bodice and scalloped peplum are constructed of cellophane embroidered cream lace.  Wide set-in waistband and bow of hot pink silk.  Twinned crepe spaghetti straps.  Fitted, body conscious textured crepe skirt with dramatic front center slit.  Rear nylon zipper.  Bodice is boned.  Label reads, "Edward Abbott Wilson Folmar New York."  Additional label for "RaeAnn Austin."

Size: 33" bust, 23" waist, 34" hips.  Approximately 55 1/2" from shoulder to hem.

Condition: Freshly dry cleaned, however two orangey brown spots remain on the skirt front (see photo) and two small grey spots remain on rear skirt as well as one VERY faint orangey one.  Couple tiny picks to the crepe.  A barely visible brown pin dot near the hem.  A brown mark on the cord at the edge of the scallop on the very right side of the peplum.  A broken thread in the lace.  Some underarm discoloration on the LINING.  Still a knockout of a dress!
