KAY Selig Sequin Dotted Ivory Tulle 1950's Ball Gown

Product Description

A GORGEOUS 1950's ball gown in ivory tulle lined in shimmering, thick ivory satin. This would be a WONDERFUL wedding dress. Strapless, bodice with gathered, sequin dotted bust. Gown has an AMAZING full skirt, diagonally tiered at the front (shown here with a small bridal hoop... not included). Bodice is boned and backed marquisette. Top edge of bust is also wired. Label reads, "created by Kay Selig Inc."

Size: 33" bust, 25" waist, free hips. Approximately 52" from underarm to hem.

Condition: In good condition. Freshly cleaned but possibly not 100% as bright as it once was (maybe 95%). 1/4" of darkened thread on one of the seams below the waist. A little roughness at the hem (including two small missing notches of tulle, visible in photo... could be easily evened out). There is a pea sized hole and a "V" shaped tear in the tulle on the bottom third of the front skirt. A red dot on the zipper placket.
