Shipping & Payment Information Payment Information Shipping Costs Return Policy PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment is accepted in the form of check, money order, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Money orders and credit card payments usually ship within 48 hours of order processing. Checks must clear before shipment is made (usually 7-10 days). International Orders: Payment for international orders is accepted in the form of PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Check or money order payments should be made out to Vintageous and mailed to: Vintageous PO Box 11111 Norfolk, Virginia 23517 Credit card payments may be made through our secure server when you check out. Please note that all orders are subject to availability. Submission of an order does not guarantee availability. Also, if you fail to make successful payment your items will be made available for sale again. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs will be calculated for you as you add your items to the shopping cart. Unless otherwise stated, domestic shipment is made by USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 2-4 days) with a delivery confirmation. All packages are insured by an independent insurance company. Express Mail shipment (overnight delivery) is available. Express Mail shipping for one dress or gown will be $25. If you need Express shipping, please write EXPRESS SHIPPING in the comments box on your order form and we will adjust the shipping total as soon as we receive your order. To ship same day, Express orders must be received no later than 12:00 pm (Eastern), Monday through Friday. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS EXTRA After you have placed your order we will calculate your shipping and contact you with your shipping choices before processing payment. To view SAMPLE rates to our most common international destinations, please click here. **Multiple items will automatically be combined to save shipping.** RETURN POLICY Refunds: If you would like to return an item for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date (as stated on the delivery confirmation notice on the package). When you contact us regarding the return you will be issued a return confirmation number which you must include with the item being returned. Returns sent back without a return confirmation number will not be accepted. Please INSURE your returns (if you do not insure the return and something happens to the package, Vintageous will not be held responsible). The return package must be received back at Vintageous no later than seven days after the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed within one work week. If you purchased the item via PayPal, your refund will be sent via PayPal. If you purchased the item by check or money order, your refund will be made by check. All refunds will be minus shipping charges. If you fail to send the item back within the allotted time frame you will qualify only for a merchandise credit minus shipping. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Merchandise Credits: Merchandise may be returned up to 14 days from delivery date for a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits are good towards any future purchase on Vintageous. To qualify for refunds or credits, all returns must arrive in the same condition (no rips, smells, stains, repairs, alterations, etc...) as the day the items were shipped and all hang tags must be intact.
