Welcome to the Sarmi Collection at Vintageous! For the patriotic goddess! Fully gathered silk chiffon gown in red, ivory and blue panels. Strapless gown with empire waist and flowing skirt. Cream satin bow accent. Rear metal zipper. Skirt is lined in ivory chiffon and then the dress is fully lined in ivory crepe. Attached boned bustier. Label reads, "Sarmi New York."
