Welcome to the Sarmi Collection at Vintageous! A FANTASTIC Sarmi cocktail dress in a unique lace embroidered with black and silver mylar and gold metal, all over a dark aqua blue chiffon. Sleeveless, fitted dress with a low scalloped "v" neckline and a high back. Dress has a black satin unerbust band with bow. Scalloped, stiffened hemline. Side nylon zipper.
