 Just exquisite! The body of this fabulous early 40's gown is a deep dark chocolate velvet (so dark it's almost black) with a flatering bias cut skirt. The bodice of the gown is constructed of an elaborately beaded heart shaped cream colored marquisette layer covered in elegantly gathered and draped chocolate marquisette (the inner panel is cut low in the back so the back of the bodice is devilishly sheer!). The gown has a matching self belt. Side metal zipper. 38" bust, 32" waist, full hips. Approximately 59 1/2" from shoulder to hem. In very good condition.
