 A sexy cocktail dress in dark blue taffeta flocked with black polka dots. The bodice has velvet trim at the top and wide velvet straps. The dress has a faux wrap skirt. Belt loops but no belt. Rear metal zipper. Matching short jacket has long sleeves and a black velvet collar. 34" bust, 27" waist, 38" hips. Approximately 41" from shoulder to hem.
