Dress has a fitted bodice wih a gathered blue nylon bust/straps. Sweet bow accent in back. Gown has a full, flowing skirt. Fully lined in white acetate. Side metal zipper. Appears to be hand made. 31 1/2" bust, 23" waist, full hips. Approximately 55" from shoulder to hem. In strong, wearable condition. The flocking has yellowed in some places.
