 A FANTASTIC Don Loper cocktail dress in sumptuous black silk velvet with pale pink silk accents. Slightly off shoulder styling with pleated pale pink silk inset and bow at the neckline. Dress has a fitted skirt with a rear center seam vent for ease of movement. Matching velvet belt. Rear metal zipper. Rear of bodice is boned. Label reads, "Don Loper Originals."
