 UH-HUHHHHHH.... now THIS is a sexy dress! Actually constructed from a sheer ecru organdy with a metallic gold thread pattern placed on top of a layer of gold lame. Square neckline with gathered "cuff" and wide straps. VOLUPTUOUS shaping with gathering over the left hip. Low, square back with asymmetrical bow/bustle in the rear. Tapered hem is draped and then weighted to maintain it's shape. The dress is impeccably constructed. Fully lined (taffeta in the bodice and silk in the skirt). After handling this dress for a while, I noticed a faint metallic odor. Some frayed threads at the hem. A few pulled threads above the waist. |
