 This dress rocks! White cotton hand printed with a black floral and covered in black lace. Dress has a fitted heart shaped bodice edged in plush black velvet. Black velvet straps. Dress has a super full skirt (show here with a small crin... not included) with a black velvet panel on the right side. Rear metal zipper. Bodice is boned. Label reads, "Julie Miller, California."
