THE MOST AMAZING Dotted Black & Pink Tulle 1950's Ball Gown Item v3197 ... Price: $215 SOLD
 Constructed in a layer of dotted black tulle over pink tulle over another layer of black tulle over a pink taffeta liner over a pellon petti. Whew! With all of the layers, this dress has such an amazingly full skirt that it practically stands up on it's own. Fully pleated bodice (horizontal pleats on the bust and vertical pleats below the bust). Black velvet straps and black velvet trim under the bust and on the notched, bare back. Bodice is boned. Side metal zipper. This gown is just so FAB and made so well that I scoured this dress for a fine designer label, but found none. To see a close up of the bodice, please click here. To see the rear of this dress, please click here. Condition: This dress is unique and unbelievably stunning, but it isn't in perfect condition. The inner pink tulle has a line of brown down the right side of the skirt (you can see it through the black tulle a little bit). There are two small orange spots at the zipper placket. The inner layers of tulle have some slight fraying at the hem. The pellon liner is a little grungy... not that anyone will see it, but you still need to know. All in all, nothing that should deter you from wearing this enchanting ball gown! |
