Fitted strapless bodice with ruffled tulle bust and satin bow. Detachable tulle shoulder scarf can be worn wrapped around the neck or just left trailing over the shoulder. Dress has a full skirt (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included) done in a layer of plain yellow tulle over a layer of ruffled, tiered tulle. Side metal zipper. Bodice is boned.
