 A really sweet little sleeveless party dress! White and pink floral taffeta covered in black chiffon and topped with black velvet bands. Fitted bodice and full skirt. Dress has a rear metal zipper. "Nicholas Ungar" label. Now, the dress itself is a great little number and completely stands on it's own, but there's a fun possible provenance to go with it, as well. Stitched to the Nicholas Ungar label is a cloth label with the name M. Van Doren writted on it. Hmmm... now obviously I can't guarantee that this dress was worn by THE M. Van Doren (it's awfully demure for her and to be honest, not quite busty enough), because I just don't know, but... To see a close up of the bodice, please click here.
