Strapless, heart shaped bodice with gathered black taffeta bust and rhinestone buckle. Dress has a wonderfully full skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Belt loops but no belt. Though under normal lighting you don't see it, under the light of the photo floods the dress has a very slight purplish cast.
