Dress has an amazingly FULL skirt done in two layers of hunter green tulle over a layer of sea green tulle (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included and the skirt is so full on it's own, the extra crin. is really not needed). Band of iced sea green velvet halfway down the skirt. Dress is fully lined in acetate. Rear metal zipper. Bodice is boned. Label reads, "Natalie Inc. New York City."
