Floating black chiffon gathered and draped to perfection (mmmmm.... this is why we love Ceil Chapman dresses). Fitted, strapless bodice. Dress has a fitted, draped skirt with a floating partial overskirt (so that from the back or sides you would think the dress has a full skirt. It's really the best of both worlds... you get a sexy fitted shape and also the wonderful twirl factor of a full skirted dress). Dress is fully lined. Overskirt is lined with a double layer of tulle.
