MARVELOUS Black Taffeta & Crimson Velvet 1950's Cocktail Dress Item v3809 ... Price: $255 SOLD A FABULOUS, striking 1950's dress in rustling black taffeta. Sleeveless, fitted bodice with deep, rich red (almost crimson) velvet collar. Dress has a full, twirling skirt with a stunning floral accent over a patch pocket (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Side metal zipper. Label reads, "A Fashion Mark Creation." Approximately 48" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. There is a 2" thin white line on the back of the skirt at the hem. A couple of tiny wear spots to the velvet. Couple of pin holes at the left underarm. One pin hole on bodice. Two white pin dots on bodice. I think the zipper has been replaced (on inspection you can see two sets of stsitching for the zipper).
