Emerald velveteen wiggle dress with a high, slightly draped neck and a "v" back. Gathered emerald taffeta waist and dramatic overskirt with tulle lining for body. Dress is lined. Someone has made some sort of alteration that is a little crooked at the back waist seam... not too bad, but it can be easily remedied by a seamstress and it's covered by the waistband anyway.
