Mandarin style collar. Short sleeves. Side seam pockets. Dress is fully lined in black organdy. Matching tie belt. Rear metal zipper. "Mollie Parnis," label. Approximately 41 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. There is some shine to the velvet on the back of the skirt.
