Short sleeved bodice with square neckline. Terrific gathered and twisted two toned chiffon waistband with turquoise sashes in the rear. Dress has a full, gathered skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Dress is fully lined. Rear metal zipper. "Kay Selig New York," label. Approximately 40" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. The lining peeks out a little bit on one small section of the side of the hem. There is some slight uderarm marking.
