Price: $270 A classic and beautiful Hattie Carnegie cocktail dress in navy blue silk faille (the rib is actually fairly wide). Sweetheart neckline dotted with a thin self fabric bow. Elbow length sleeves with bows at the rear of each. Dress has a flattering, flared skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Dress is fully lined in organdy. Interior waistband. Side metal zipper. Bodice is boned. String belt loops but no belt (easily removed). "Hattie Carnegie," label appears to have been partially restitched, however due to the suberb styling, quality of fabric and fine workmanship I do not doubt that this is a Hattie Carnegie dress.
