 When you say cotton candy everyone automatically thinks "pink," but blue cotton candy is just as nice and that's certainly what this lovely, fluffy vintage prom dress makes me think of. Dress has a strapless, fully ruffled fitted bodice and a wonderful, ruffled double layer tulle skirt (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included). Dress is fully lined in blue acetate. There is a little dot of rust under the hook and eye closures at the top of the zipper. Some slight underarm yellow. A small faint yellowy spot at the left side of the waist.
