Strapless taffeta faux wrap bodice with pleated tulle bust inset. Dress has a SUPER, super full swagged skirt dotted with rosettes and a four layer gathered tulle hem (the dress has an attached crinoline and is shown here with an additional thin crinoline... not included and not needed).
