WONDERFUL Embroidered Marquisette 1940's Evening Gown Item v4989 ... Price: $185 SOLD A wonderful 1940's evening gown in a fine gauge black marquisette embroidered with ivory and yellow flowers. Strapless bodice with ivory grosgrain trim and ruffled top edge. Gown has a long, flowing skirt with a bias cut underskirt. Dress is fully lined. Rear metal zipper. Approximately 54" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In condition. Three pin holes on the front bodice and three on the rear. One pea sized hole above the rear waist. Four pea sized holes nd a dime sized hole in the front of the skirt. Two pea sized holes and one one dime sized hole in the rear of the skirt. A badly mended hell catch at the rear hem.
