Price: $370 SOLD This sexy cocktail dress is by William Travilla, the same designer who designed Marilyn's famous white dress for the Seven Year Itch and her fabulous gold gown for Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. In fact, Marilyn was one of Travilla's favorite women. A juicy tidbit: Travilla even admitted to having had a brief affair with Marilyn. This is a dramatically pleated red synthetic satin cocktail dress. Fine accordian pleats on the bodice with a plunging neckline and halter strap (lined in nylon). Set-in waist with boning at the sides. Dress has an AWESOME handkerchief hem skirt done in large accordian pleats. The dress has a dramatically open back with a rear zipper. Travilla label.
