Regardless, they makes a great set! Cropped, plush black velvet halter top with clusters of prong set rhinestones. Top is lined and has a side metal zipper. Semi-full black tulle skirt has a black velvet waistband and hem and vertical velvet stripes (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included). Skirt is lined and has a side metal zipper. Skirt is approximately 32" from waist to hem. Condition: In good condition. A couple of wear spots to the velvet. A pull to the center neckline. A few pea sized holes in the tulle.
