Fitted bodice with wide straps and a black velvet band along the top edge. Black velvet bow with trailing streamers at the rear. Dress has a semi-full, pleated skirt with black embroidery and a scalloped hem (dress has a thin, attached crinoline and is shown here with an additional crinoline... not included).
