SUPERB Fred Perlberg Emerald Taffeta & Tulle 1950's Ball Gown Item v5209 ... Price: $285 SOLD A superb 1950's ball gown in emerald green taffeta and tulle. Fitted heat shaped bodice with tulle bust inset.Dress has a full, FOUR layer tulle skirt with draped taffeta over the hips (I'm not 100% certain, but I think the top two tulle layers were a newer addition to the dress either to make it fuller or to mask some holes and slits in the underlayers.. no longer visible). Dress is fully lined. Rear metal zipper. Bodice is boned. "Dance Originals by Fred Perlberg," label. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33" bust, 24" waist, full hips. Approximately 54" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. Possible addition to tulle as stated above. A couple of pin holes to the underarms (possible that somoene pinned it to a hanger). A couple of pin holes to the edge of the shelf bust. One pin hole on the drape. A little bit of seam stress around the zipper seam.
