Fitted, finely pleated, elongated bodice with black velvet bustline. Cut in high on the shoulders for a flattering fit. Dress has a full skirt (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included). Rear metal zipper. String belt loops but no belt (although I can't imagine using a belt on this dress).
