Item v5404 ... Price: $290 SOLD A gorgeous 1950's cocktail dress in vibrant emerald silk satin. Elegantly shaped bodice with pleated shoulders. There are bows on the rears of the straps, however they are only tacked in place and can be easily removed or adjusted to suit your needs. Dress has a semi full skirt with a slightly elongated rear hem. Dress is shown with and includes a matching emerald tulle crinoline (someone has added a small section of velcro to the rear of the crinoline's waistband for adjustability). Matching thin belt. Rear metal zipper. "Adele Simpson," label as well as a store label for "Al Cooper Westwood Village." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 34 1/2" bust, 26 1/2" waist, free hips. Approximately 44 1/2" from shoulder to front hem (48" to longest point of rear hem). Condition: In good condition. Recently dry cleaned. Two tiny picks to the satin. Ghost stiching along the side seams that says the dress was let out. Faintest remnant of a small water spot on the edge of the left side of the hem (you really have to spread out the skirt and look for it). A tiny hole over the right hip (looks like a pull to the fabric but there is a tiny hole underneath).
