Fantastic Slate Blue Taffeta 1950's Cocktail Dress w/ Soutache, Pearl & RS Trim Item v5410 ... Price: $210 SOLD A FANTASTIC 1950's cocktail dress in slate blue taffeta accented on the shoulders and down the center panel with blue braid, faux pearls and tiny rhinestones. Cap sleeved fitted bodice with pleated bust inset. Dress has a full skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Side metal zipper. Label reads, "Reich-Petrillo New York." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 34 1/2" bust, 24 1/2" waist, free hips. Approximately 45 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. Tiny pull at the corners of the neckline. The light is playing tricks with my eyes ad I can't quite decide whether there is a tiny bit of makeup residue along the edge of the bust pleat or if it's just the sheen of the fabric. The only real issue is that there is one small section of missing pearls and about half of the tiny rhinestones are missing (they are sewn on not prong set)... luckily, the dress still looks FAB and you don't notice right away.         Click on above images to enlarge.
