Item v5412 ... Price: $290 SOLD An elegant 1950's wedding gown in an embroidered ivory (it's really almost white, but just leans slightly more to the ivory side than the blue white side) cotton voile. Fitted bodice with capped sleeves and sweetheart bust with a tulle inset. Set-in acetate panel at the midsection. Basque style waist. Tulle lined gathered skirt is tiered at the rear. Acetate bow with sash at the rear waist. Lined. Rear metal zipper. Bodice is boned. Gown is shown here with a crinoline... not included. "Will Steinman Original," label. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 35" bust, 23" waist, free hips. Approximately 58" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. It's pretty bright and fresh so I would guess that while we did not clean it, it has been cleaned very recently. A few very, very faint yellowish spots (center bust and side of waist). The lining peeks out below the hem in a few places (if you need to hem the dress a couple of inches this will eliminate the problem anyway). Very faint remains of a drip on the skirt.
