Item v5466 ... Price: $195 SOLD A fabulous 1950's cocktail dress in black marquisette with ribbon trim. The pictures pretty much say it all. Fully lined (both skirt and liner hems are stiffened). Side metal zipper. Bodice is boned. Has a coarse tulle underlayer that has been cut off about 2/3 down (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included). The style and construction would lead me to believe that this is a good piece, but there is no label. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 32 1/2" bust, 25 1/2" waist, free hips. Approximately 40" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good, wearable condition. Sadly there are scattered small holes in the marquisette (the smallest a pin hole, the largest the size of a pea)... the most visible are two above the waist (see bodice photo) and many on the rear bodice.
