Vibrant Cobalt & Emerald Silk Satin Cocktail Dress Item v5469 ... Price: $185 SOLD A wonderful early 1960's cocktail dress in cobalt and emerald silk satin. Short sleeved cobalt bodice with asymmetrical emerald waistband. Matching floral accent at left side of waist. Dress has a tulle lined, flared cobalt satin skirt with an attached balloon hemmed emerald satin sash. Rear metal zipper. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 38" bust, 28" waist, free (MAX 47") hips. Approximately 45" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. There is a faint surface smudge above the waist. The flower is badly mushed/aged... I think the flower is a bit inelegant for the dress anyway... easy to remove. A tiny whitish spot under the right arm. The eyes for the waistband closure have oxidized (not visible when closed).         Click on above images to enlarge.
