Item v5496 ... Price: $188 SOLD A charming late 1950's cocktail dress in green velveteen and nylon chiffon. Fitted, sleeveless bodice with high neck and lower, square back. Velveten bust and gathered chiffon waist. Dress length, balloon hemmed sash attached under the left side of the bust and is topped with a rhinestone pin (it was on the dress when we acquired it... so we'll leave it there). Dress has a full, gathered skirt (shown here with a crinoline... not included). Lined. Rear metal zipper (please note that the zipper is fully functional, the dress was just too snug for the form). Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 32 1/2" bust, 23 1/2" waist, free hips. Approximately 45" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In good condition. There are two tiny holes in the right shoulder, each with a dark line (looks like there may have been a stick pin there or something similar). A few pin dots on the top of the left shoulder. Some spotting and color variation to the lining. A few minor picks to the chiffon.
