Dress has a full, and very heavy, balloon hemmed gathered skirt (shown with a crinoline... not included). Lined. Boned. Rear metal zipper. Matching sheer wrap. Label reads, "Helen of California." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 32 1/2" bust, 26" waist, free hips. Approximately 44" from shoulder to hem. Condition: In wearable condition.
