OUSTANDING Iced Lavender Silk & Plum Velveteen 1950's Cocktail Dress Item v5562 ... Price: $315 SOLD An AMAZING 1950's cocktail dress in an icy lavender silk (with an incredible sheen). Elongated, fitted, strapless bodice with crossed, pleated bands (one of silk, one of deep plum velveteen) over the bust. Dress has a super full, gathered skirt with an attached petti (shown here with an additional crinoline... not included). Bodice is boned. Rear metal zipper. Label reads, "Carolyn. New York." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 35 1/2" bust, 26 1/2" waist, free hips. Approximately 42" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. Two tiny yellow spots on the front bodice and two on the rear (VERY hard to see due ot the incredible sheen of the fabric). A very tiny area of yellow at the edge of each underarm (again, hard to see). A few hard to see yellow spots on the skirt and one thin grey line.         Click on above images to enlarge.
