GREAT Black & Coral Openwork Taffeta 1950's Cocktail Dress Item v5565 ... Price: $210 A fantastic 1950's cocktail dress in a pinwheel patterned openwork taffeta fully lined in coral. Fitted, heart shaped bodice with gathered shoulders (the shoulders would be pretty simple to remove if you'd rather wear the dress strapless). Dress has a full, gathered skirt (shown here with a small crinoline... not included). Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33" bust, 24" waist, free hips. Approximately 40" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good condition. The elastic in the sleeves has lost it's resiliency. There is a pin hole in the gathers of the left shoulder and 4 slightly larger than pin holes in the gathers of the right shoulder. A pin hole at the base of the each shoulder (at the rear). A tiny pull at the center neckline. A few of the pinwheels have pulled threads. A hint of deodorant dust at the right underarm edge.         Click on above images to enlarge.
