Pleated taffeta bodice with tulle bust inset and wide, ruffled tulle straps (I think the straps are a later modesty addition... I think this was originally strapless). Dress has a very full, tiered tulle skirt. Side metal zipper. Lined. Boned. "Dance Originals by Fred Perlberg," label.
