Frank Usher Gathered Blue Chiffon Strapless Cocktail Dress Item v5649 ... Price: $170 A pretty printed blue chiffon cocktail dress completely backed in tulle and then lined a heavy muslin. Strapless, gathered bodice. Skirt has a fitted liner and a floating chiffon outer layer (because of the fitted liner no crinoline can be worn). Frank Usher, label. This dress has seen some alterations. There is some hand stitching inside the bodice at the bust and some sloppy hand stitching on the outside of the waist (I think it's possible that someone was shortening the bodice). The interior layers of the dress have been crudely hand hemmed into a balloon hem, however the hem of the exterior layer of the dress remains untouched. None of this is truly major and the dress can be worn as is, but if you sew you might at least want to neaten the hand stitching at the waist. Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 33" bust, 25" waist, 37" hips. Approximately 36 1/2" from underarm to hem. Condition: In good, wearable condition. Alterations as stated above.
