Chic Malcolm Starr Navy Silk 1960's Cocktail Dress Item v5676 ... Price: $265 A truly chic 1960's cocktail dress in navy blue silk. Might make a really chic maternity cocktail dress. Dress has a sleeveless surplice bodice with an empire waist and a full, gathered skirt. String belt loops but no belt. Rear metal zipper. Label reads, "Elinor Simmons for Malcolm Starr." Size: (need help with your measurements? click here) 32" bust, 27" empire waist, free hips. Approximately 36" from shoulder to hem (I think the shoulders may have been taken up very slightly).
