Item v5836 ... Price: $270 SOLD
A positively AMAZING 1950's ball gow in cornflower blue lace and a fine gauge pink tulle. Fitted, sleeveless bodice with scalloped sweetheart neckline and bead/sequin trim. Bodice has a strapless liner and is backed in pink tulle. Gathered blue satin waistband. Gown has a super full skirt open and scalloped at the front to reveal layers of gathered pink tulle. Lined. Rear nylon replacement zipper.
Size: (need help with your measurements? click here)
35" bust, 27" waist, free hips. Approximately 55" from shoulder to hem.
Condition: In good condition. There are some small slits in the pink tulle skirting but fortunately most of them are hidden... one (about 1/2") may peek out depending on how you move, though. There is a 1/2" slit in the lace on one of the scallops (will try to repair it if I have time). There is a repair to the tull backing inside the shoulders (not visible). If you really scrutinize the dress there are a couple of missing sequins. SLight color variation to the waistband but really not too bad. Some marking on the lining that does not show through.
